- Basic Clean is the routine turnover service — surface cleaning, bathroom and kitchen, trash, and linen change for studio or 1BR units. Deep Clean is a longer service for units that have not been cleaned recently, are coming out of long-term rental, or need a full reset before listing.
- Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
- No. Our team brings standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you want used in your unit, leave them visible and our team will prioritise them.
- How quickly can you schedule a clean?
- Same-day cleaning is possible when booked at least a few hours in advance. For peak weekends and holiday turnover we recommend booking at least a day ahead.
